Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think of this amazing resort.  My first impression when I visited in mid December............no lines!  I admit it is early in the season but there is a great base and lots of snow for great skiing or boarding.

3,678 acres of mountain fun makes this the 3rd largest ski area in Canada and the 2nd in BC.  There are 11 lifts, 28 km of groomed cross country runs (approximately 17 miles), 881 m (2891 ft) vertical skiable, and 122 trails and glades.

Cost for an adult lift ticket will run you around $70 CDN and allow you to play all day on 3 mountains.  There are so many activities available one will be sure to fit your wishes.  Dog sledding tours, snow shoe tour, ice skating, snow mobile tours, cat trax groomer rides, horse drawn sleigh rides, and of course you can ski and snow board on a trail suited to your ability. 

To get to this fabulous resort just take a flight to the Kamloops airport (YKA) and for $80 each you can be driven to the resort and return to the airport after your visit is over.  The resort has many types of accommodations available and eating can be a quick snack or a luxurious meal.

REAL ESTATE - Investing in this resort is a great option and can not only give you a return on your investment but can provide excellent accommodation in your very own mountain home whether it is a condo hotel, townhome or a single family dwelling.  There are rental management companies available to look after the rental details and make this investment easy to manage.
